We are currently collecting applications for Cohorts 10 - 12 in calendar year 2025! Each cohort is made up of ten to twenty participants working individually and collectively towards developing their leadership competency and career paths in food bank leadership.

This program is designed for Foodbank leaders who are:

• At the Director level and above.

• Ready to learn to thrive in the complex conditions of leadership today.

• On an accelerated development path to take on more at their organization.

To be considered for this program you must:

• Complete an application: The application includes essay-style questions that provide an opportunity for applicants to outline their skills, what they are hoping to gain from the program, and how they can use their new skills to add value to the food bank network. • Receive an endorsement and letter of recommendation from your home food bank’s CEO.

• Be a high-performer who routinely meets and surpasses the goals set for them.

• Have at least one year of food bank experience.

• Have at least five years of demonstrated leadership experience (Manager or Directors).

• Be willing to relocate to another city for the right position.

Cohort Dates and Application Deadlines:

Cohort 10: March 6 - May 23; Application Deadline December 13, 2024

Cohort 11: May 20 - August 8; Application Deadline April 14, 2025

Cohort 12: August 3 - October 24; Application Deadline July 1, 2025

Final selections will be determined by an interview conducted by a program administrator.
