Level Up! was a game changer for me. It was challenging, insightful, forced me to be vulnerable and look at my work, my staff, and my mental thinking in an entirely new way. My biggest takeaways from Level Up! were:
1. You’re not alone—there are so many other great leaders in the network that can be utilized to help you through whatever dilemma you may be faced with.

Take a deep breath and slow down—many times when I was feeling like I did not know what the best decision was, I took a second for myself or allowed my team a chance to step up and provide their ideas.
